What is Ocean Light Healing?
I work with a combination of Ocean Light Language, multidimensional mind body healing and down to earth coaching.
Ocean Light Language is a transmission of pure source frequency (in the form of light, sound, frequency and information), helping your DNA remember your true essence and potential.
You do not need to analyze your life or re-live traumatic experiences or feelings. We go straight to the root (frequency) and allow source energy to do the rest.
All you need to do as I lead you through an expansive process is to be present, allow and notice the shifts taking place.

I am a multidimensional Ocean Light Language Channel, Frequency Healer, mentor, speaker and mother with 20 years experience in down to earth leadership-, team-, personal and spiritual development.
Using my unique gifts of channeling, trauma informed mind body frequency healing and down to earth coaching, I support heart-centered leaders, wayshowers and light workers to reclaim their power, gifts, vibrancy and flow, as we gently and powerfully transmute what is holding them back, and activate their DNA to remember their truth and divine blueprint beyond conditioning.
I am also the founder of Ocean Light Retreats, where we gather in person at high vibrational locations where the ocean meets the land, to create deep healing and remember our soul mission by connecting deeply with the Ocean, Whales, Dolphins and the sacred Lands around us.
